Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions governing access to Medars, the purchase of memberships and the purchase of masterclasses.
LAST UPDATED: AUGUST 2026
1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between NEOHYAL OÜ and anyone who requests access, takes out a membership or purchases content via the platform. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Entry requirements
Med-ars.com It is a closed platform aimed exclusively at healthcare professionals with valid professional registration. Access is granted following an application and verification, and it is discretionary: Med-ars.com Access may be refused or withdrawn if the requirements are not met or if these conditions are breached.
The account is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login details or grant access to unverified third parties.
A single account may simultaneously hold the status of member and Master. Publishing masterclasses does not restrict the use of the membership, nor does the membership restrict the publishing of masterclasses.
3. Memberships and billing
Memberships are available at three levels, with monthly prices listed on the memberships. Prices are shown in euros and will include applicable taxes where relevant.
Membership is automatically renewed each month until the member cancels it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already invoiced, with no penalty and no minimum contract period.
4. Trial period
Basic and Gold members can enjoy a trial of a week the next higher level. The test is of one-time use per level and it is non-renewable. Upon expiry, the membership continues at the level originally selected unless the member decides to change it.
5. Masterclasses and purchase tiers
Your membership tier determines which content you can access, but the masterclasses are separate purchases and are not included in the membership fee.
Each masterclass can be offered at two price points: video only, which provides access to the recorded content, and video with support, which includes follow-up and the answering of queries by the doctor delivering the masterclass. The second level is optional, and its availability, scope and price are determined by each masterclass.
Access to purchased content is maintained for as long as the content remains available on the platform and the account is active. The features included in the support tier are governed by the scope specified in the masterclass itself.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not generally apply to transactions between businesses or professionals. Where it does apply, the user acknowledges that, upon immediate access to digital content, the right of withdrawal lapses once the reproduction of the content has commenced, subject to prior information and express consent.
7. Use of content and intellectual property
The training content is licensed for personal, individual and professional use by the member. Unauthorised downloading, reproduction, public distribution, resale or sharing is prohibited.
The Masters retain the authorship and intellectual property rights to their content and grant to Med-ars.com a non-exclusive licence for distribution within the platform.
8. Terms for Masters
Masters are verified professionals who publish and sell their own masterclasses via the platform. The allocation is 70% for the Master’s programme and 30% for Med-ars.com, applicable to all sales and both purchase tiers, with no volume-based tiered pricing or different conditions based on length of service.
The Master provides the pre-recorded masterclass. Med-ars.com offers, in a separate and optional, recording, editing and post-production services, which are quoted for and invoiced separately, and are not part of the cast nor do they amend it.
There is no exclusivity. The specific terms of each Master are formalised in their own contract, which prevails over this section in case of discrepancy.
9. Clinical responsibility
The content is intended for professional development purposes. The decision to use any technique and its implementation are solely at the discretion and under the responsibility of the professional, who must act in accordance with the lex artis, their professional qualifications and the regulations in force. Med-ars.com It accepts no liability for any consequences arising from the clinical application of the content.
The support provided by a Master at the relevant level has training between professionals and does not constitute clinical advice regarding a specific patient. The assessment, recommendation and implementation remain the sole responsibility of the consulting healthcare professional.
10. Shop and distributors
The Shop offers a database of verified distributors and preferential access codes. Med-ars.com acts as an information intermediary: the commercial relationship, the supply and the warranty of the products are the responsibility of the distributor.
11. Suspension and termination
Med-ars.com It may suspend or cancel access in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, fraudulent use, the sharing of login details, or the loss of registered professional status.
12. Amendments
Med-ars.com may amend these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any substantial changes by email, giving reasonable notice.
13. Applicable legislation
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with the applicable legislation.
