Every verified member has two personal codes: one for the congress and one for membership. For every ticket, or first membership payment, a doctor buys with them on the website, you receive a percentage of the net amount at the end of the month: 5% on Basic, 7% on Gold, and 10% on Black and for congress speakers.

HOW IT WORKS
Three steps, from the app.
Every sale made with your code appears in your personal dashboard, one by one, together with what you have earned so far.

Generate your code
In the app, under Settings, Your codes. One for the congress and one for membership, each with its own link.

Share it
With colleagues, at your practice or on your professional networks. Whoever buys with it does so on med-ars.com.
3
Get paid at the end of the month
On the last business day of each month you receive everything confirmed. Your dashboard shows what is pending, available and paid.
WHAT EARNS A COMMISSION
5% to 10% of the net amount, depending on your plan.
Basic 5%, Gold 7%, Black 10%. Congress speakers earn 10% whatever their plan. Net means excluding VAT and after the payment processing fee. It is the amount Medars actually receives for each sale.
Congress
Every Standard, VIP or Resident ticket bought with your congress code. Lunch and Congress On Demand do not earn a commission.
Membership
The first Gold or Black payment, monthly or annual, made by the doctor who joins with your membership code. The commission is earned once per member: renewals and later payments do not earn a commission.
WEBSITE ONLY
Codes apply on med-ars.com, not inside the app.
In-app purchases go through the App Store and Google Play, and because of technical limitations of both stores they do not accept our own codes. For a sale to count, the ticket or subscription has to be bought on the website with your code. A purchase made inside the app cannot be attributed afterwards.

THE TERMS
What to know before you share.
Doctors only
The code only works on purchases by doctors with a current medical licence. Whoever buys with your code has to be a doctor. A purchase by someone who is not a doctor is not accepted with the code and earns no commission.
Every ticket is verified
Every ticket bought with a code is reviewed before it is confirmed: we check the attendee's medical licence and that the name matches the person attending. If it cannot be verified, the ticket does not count towards your commission.
Who can take part
All verified members, Basic included. The rate is the one for your plan at the time of the sale: if you change plan, later sales are calculated at the new rate. What you have already earned is kept.
When you get paid
Everything confirmed is paid on the last business day of the month. A sale is confirmed once its refund period ends: for tickets, the congress refund deadline; for membership payments, 30 days after the charge.
Minimum amount
Payouts start at 50 €. If you do not reach it in a month, the amount carries over to the next month and is never lost.
What does not count
Buying with your own code or with the code of someone at your clinic, purchases by non-doctors, guest tickets and refunded sales. A refund cancels its commission.
Proper use
The code is not a discount: the buyer pays the price of their tier. Do not present it as a reduction, and do not publish it next to laboratory brands or in advertising aimed at patients. Medars may deactivate a code used in a misleading way.
Tax
Payouts are made with the invoice or tax withholding required by the applicable rules. We ask for your tax details once, before your first payout.
Changes
If the terms change, we give 30 days' notice. Commissions already earned are paid under the terms in force when they were earned.
When it starts
The programme starts when the app launches. Codes can be generated from day one under Profile, Your codes.
Your dashboard
Your personal dashboard shows what you have earned this month, this year and in total, split by congress and membership, with a statement for every payout.
