WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

So that you can make your decision with all the facts on the table.

MEDARS CRM does not manage insurance providers, does not issue prescriptions, does not offer telemedicine and does not send text messages. If your clinic works with private health insurers or offers video consultations, a general-purpose programme might suit you better. If your clinic relies on private cosmetic treatments, this is what you’ll use every day.

Frequently asked questions.

Can I transfer my patients and appointments from my current software?

Yes. With the migration service (€290 excluding VAT, one-off payment), we import your contacts, patients, appointments and signed consent forms from DriCloud, flowww or any other programme that allows you to export them. If your previous system supports it, we can also import medical records and photos.

What is not included in MEDARS CRM?

Insurance management, prescriptions, telemedicine and SMS messaging. If your clinic relies on any of these functions, consider this carefully before making a change.

Can I have a look at it before I make up my mind?

Yes. The demo opens a sample clinic with fictitious data, without registration, and you can get started with a free trial.

Where is the data stored?

On servers in the European Union, in Frankfurt. Each clinic can only view its own data, and clinical data requires a second factor of verification.

How much does it cost?

From €59 a month (excluding VAT) with the Consulta plan. MEDARS members pay less: Gold members pay half.
